Kamlesh Sir has been a guide, a mentor since I have been with him during my pregnancy. He made sure that his presence be felt all through the class. He observes each and every posture and pays attention to minute details all through the session, correcting us and guiding us to the correct posture.Also along with that his breathing technique help me to cope up with all the problem occur during pregnancy. I was a person who never took yoga seriously as I was in outdoor sports majorly badminton. It was my passion to play as it made me feel rejuvenated.
