4worldlovers: Gymnastics Schools for Kids: This program is designed for children between the ages 3 and 7 yrs old. This is a beginner gymnastic class with emphasis placed on building strength, coordination and self-confidence by using modified gymnastics apparatus designed for the preschooler.

Advanced Gymnastics training are offered by invitation only. Gymnastics classes begin at 3 hours per week and teach the skills necessary to begin competitive gymnastics. Strength, flexibility and disciplined workout habits become more important in this program. This program is developed for gymnasts that have moved up from recreational classes but are not quite ready for the competitive levels. Our gymnastics clubs are located in Janakpuri- West Delhi and Lajpat Nagar- South Delhi, India.

Free style – The “Jump Start” session is our way of introducing KNOCKOUT to newcomers at our academy. In this gymnastics session, our professional coaches guide all newcomers through the basic skills of freestyle training. This session is a mandatory one time session that covers body control, air awareness techniques, and falling techniques. Also an introduction to front flips, back flips and proper trampoline skills round out this packed session.
