We had a lovely holiday and comfortable stay at Four points. A big thanks to all team members esp Chef Dilip and valet Janaradan for their efforts.

I arrived at the hotel late at night and was immediately disappointed by the state of the room. There were mosquitos buzzing around everywhere, and the smoke detectors were so loud that I could barely sleep. I tried to call the front desk to complain, but no one answered.

The next morning, I woke up at 5 AM to the sound of the room service guy ringing my bell. I had made a call request at 12 AM, but I had fallen asleep before the room service guy arrived. I was so tired that I just ignored the bell and went back to sleep.

I checked out of the hotel early the next morning and will never stay there again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are dated and the property doesn't lives up to Marriott's name and standard. It is located close to the airport which is a 15 mins drive.The food is good. The staff is very friendly and co-operative and the only positive point about this property.
